Our primary office is open from 8am to 4pm Monday - Thursday. Evening and Saturday appointment times are available if needed.

From Harrisonburg, VA We are located downtown across from the quilt museum on the corner of South Main and Franklin.
From I-81 Take exit 245 Port Republic Road North towards Harrisonburg. Make a right on Main Street / Rt. 11. The office is 312 South Main Street, on your right just before Franklin Street.
Directions to Second Office We also have a second satellite office at 35 Horner Street, Warrenton, VA 20186 (TEL: 540-560-1645) This office is at the corner of First Street and Horner Street.
From 66 Take exit 43 B for Highway 29 (Warrenton). Travel for 13 miles and veer to the right as Highway 29 divides. Immediately after the division, take a left at the first traffic light (Blackwell Road.). There is a light at that intersection, a Sheetz gas station, and a tall stone wall. After a mile, Horner will be on your left. Directly across from Horner is a store called Horse Country, which normally has a full scale model horse in front of the door.
Appointments We meet with clients by appointment only. We do not meet with clients on a walk-in basis because we may be in session or conducting an assessment with another client. Please call us at 540-433-6886 to schedule an appointment. If you leave a phone message with your name and number, our staff will return your call by the next business day.
Cancellation Policy We require a 24-hour cancellation or change of appointment notice. If 24-hour notice is not given, full fee will be charged unless we can fill the time.
Cost of Assessments Dr. Webb charges a fee per hour of therapy and testing. Due to variability of your individual needs, the number of hours required will vary. Please call for rates and fee schedules.
Insurance Policies Dr. Webb is not an in-network provider for any insurance company. We will be glad to send you a packet of information (by email or regular mail) to help you evaluate what your insurance company will cover.
Form of Payment Currently we accept cash, check, MasterCard, VISA, and American Express. Generally credit card information is gathered at the first appointment, and payment is due upon receipt of the psychological test report.
Confidentiality Policy We take confidentiality seriously. We will not release information without your written permission, except in specific rare cases. We will discuss those with you. We will also provide a release form so you can outline with whom we may speak with regarding your care. Our office is HIPAA compliant.
